Project Development Support

We can assist our clients by leading the procurement process including developing and issuing Request for Qualifications, Request for Proposals, Expressions of Interest, etc. (depending on the specific nature of the project) and manage the overall review and vendor selection to ensure a professional and transparent process.

During project development, EAI can provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure our clients interest are being met, project risks are being managed and the vendors are adhering to necessary industry standards, guidelines, and best practices. EAI can also independently evaluate and advise Client’s on technical recommendations made by vendors an develop customized decision tools to aid in measure selection.

EAI can assist with arranging bespoke project financing and/or provide independent review of client sourced 3rd party financing. EAI will also assist with grant and incentive applications on behalf of our client as needed.

EAI will assist clients during final contract negotiations to ensure expectations have been met during the development phase and that value for money is being achieved as previously defined.
